Processing Cook
In this role, you will be responsible for selecting, measuring, and mixing ingredients according to production recipes. You will also cook ingredients in a kettle, monitor temperature and weight, and transfer finished products to cooling tanks.
Responsibilities:
Pick and measure ingredients as per production instructions.
Operate and monitor kettles to ensure proper cooking times and temperatures.
Mix ingredients thoroughly and maintain consistency in batches.
Transfer cooked products to cooling tanks.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the cooking area.
Follow food safety regulations and company protocols.
Requirements:
Previous experience in food manufacturing preferred.
Knowledge of cooking processes, including temperature control and mixing techniques.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long hours.
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
