Job Description
LaborMax Staffing is looking for a part time Food Sales Assistant in the Daytona area.
Duties are as follows:
*Must have product knowledge of full menu
*Physically able to perform all responsibilities of the job including but not limited to: walk/ stand most of the time, ability to lift up to 20 lbs. at one time and be able to push a cart loaded with food, and bend, reach, and kneel.
*Must be patient with all customers and be courteous and answer any food related questions to the best of their ability.
*Effective time management and ability to work alone at times or with other personnel.
*Maintain accurate daily food inventory log for reporting daily to Management.
*Complete an Order Form as needed for supplies needed to support the concession stand.
*Operate mobile payment device by processing all food purchases.
*Will carefully review required documentation and apply certain discounts to active Employees at MOAS and active museum Members.
*Maintain concession stand at all times. Keep it neat and clean.
*Remove all disposed food related items at the end of the shift
*Maintain high standard of sanitation when handling the refrigerated display case and/or any of the concession stand equipment.
