Job Description
Job duties can entail but not limited to cleaning, remove drywall, carpets, insulation, etc. and perform general demolition. Place dehumidifiers, drying fans and other equipment at the work site, ensuring proper setup and removal at job completion. Perform pack-out and pack-in of customer’s contents, ensuring all items are properly boxed for cleaning and restoration.
Disassemble and reassemble furniture items when required.
Lift, move, and place heavy items by hand or with the assistance of material handling equipment.
Using specified equipment and appropriate cleaning techniques, perform water extraction, structural drying, soot removal, and mold removal.
