Job Description
Performs the task of Maintenance by maintaining organization, safety and preventative maintenance throughout the
facility, outside storage areas and entire property.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned
Complete task from Maintenance Log daily
Help facilitate projects such as remodels and machine installation throughout the facility
Follow all procedures for department & company
Inspect facilities and Machinery to determine problems and necessary maintenance
Keep Maintenance Software and documentation up to date
Maintain a Preventative Maintenance System
Maintain an Electrical Safety & Lock-out / Tag-out Program (for each machine)
Manage Hazardous waste
Perform building maintenance
Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
Communicate, support and reinforce the values of the organization professionally
Ensure process and policies are being followed.
Work in a team environment and be supportive of all company initiatives
Maintain a safe and organized work area
Assist with Fire Prevention and Emergency Action Plan
Hazard Identification and Evaluation
Adhere to company policy & procedures
Follow Code of Safe Practices
Maintain safety equipment throughout the facility
Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage Landscaping
Manage proper disposal of chip bins, coolant and oil
Manage phone system
Manage alarm system
Assist with service and maintenance of company vehicles
Assist with for general housekeeping
Monitor inventory of materials and equipment
Perform I.T. responsibilities for planning and installations
Requirements:
Forklift Trainer Certification Strong technical knowledge of all building systems Electrical/IT/Mechanical/Carpentry/Plumbing I.T. knowledge and experience Great eye for detail
