Job Overview:
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to work as Secret Shoppers to help ensure compliance with age verification laws. The primary responsibility of this role is to visit convenience stores and gas stations, attempt to purchase age-restricted products and document whether the cashier properly requests identification.
Responsibilities:
Visit assigned stores and attempt to purchase age-restricted products.
Observe and report whether the cashier asks for a valid ID.
Accurately document the experience in an online or paper report.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while conducting visits.
Follow all provided instructions and guidelines to ensure consistent evaluations.
Requirements:
Must have a valid government-issued ID.
Reliable transportation to visit multiple locations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions.
Good written communication skills for reporting.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
