Job Description
LaborMAX Staffing is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician for our client in Pensacola, Florida. This is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-level technician with at least 4 years of verifiable experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC and refrigeration systems, with the ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various types of equipment.
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC and refrigeration units.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of verifiable experience in HVAC and refrigeration.
Strong knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
EPA certification is a plus.
