Job Description

Are you a customer-focused individual with a knack for sales and a passion for the electrical industry? We're seeking a Counter Salesperson to join a dynamic electric supply team! In this role, you'll be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to customers both in-person and over the phone. Your responsibilities will include order processing, inventory management, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service by assisting customers with product selection, order placement, and inquiries.

Sales: Actively engage customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable electrical products.

Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders, including order entry, review, and fulfillment.

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels by monitoring stock and communicating needs to the purchasing department.

Warehouse Support: Assist with warehouse tasks such as order picking, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements:

Sales Experience: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience. Customer Service: Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. Electrical Product Knowledge: A solid understanding of electrical products and industry. Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems for order entry and inventory management. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in various environmental conditions. Background Check: Successful completion of a background check.
