Duties and Responsibilities:

Operate a company-owned delivery vehicle on established or alternate routes as scheduled.

Deliver carts efficiently and collect signed delivery tickets.

Validate delivery contents by reconciling carts to be delivered to and from the customer.

Perform daily pre and post truck inspections.

Maintain the delivery truck's condition, including fueling and cleanliness.

Report any interruptions or concerns promptly.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.

Adhere to all traffic rules and DOT regulations.

Punctuality is essential; must adhere to scheduled delivery times.

Be prepared to work in various traffic patterns, severe weather, and meet strict deadlines.

Provide professional and courteous service to customers and their staff.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Must be able to drive stick shift. High School diploma or equivalent required. Valid Class A driver’s license. Minimum of 3 years of related experience. Clean driving record. Ability to pass a drug and background test. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently and unsupervised 90% of the time. Strong understanding of the importance of meeting deadlines and commitments. Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division). Ability to effectively meet customer needs. Candidates will be subject to all DOT pre-hire requirements.
