Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Cardboard Box Production Specialist to join our team. As a Cardboard Box Production Specialist, you will be responsible for operating manual corrugated machines to produce high-quality cardboard products.
• Responsibilities will include operating or assisting in the operation of manufacturing machinery, material handling equipment and general plant operations
• Work in corrugator, die cut, finishing, printing, or shipping departments
• Additional duties include hauling trash to compactor, hauling scrap to the baler, sweeping the floor, fill in for crew replacement (vacations, call ins)
• Must maintain clean, safe work area
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections and tasks, perform visual inspection of product quality
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants must have: • Previous experience operating manual corrugated machinery preferred. • Basic mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions. • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment. • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
