Job Description

ASV parts orders (phone, walk-in, Porter Rents, Email Derek until further notice) Bell Truck parts orders (email Derek in Corona)

Bomag parts orders (email Derek in Corona)

Broce Broom parts orders (phone, walk-in, Porter Rents) E-mail to Broce Broom.

Hyundai parts orders (phone, walk-in, Porter Rents)

Wacker Parts (email Derek in Corona)

INVOICING and PO generation in Base plan for all the above including service-related work orders and Pay customer.

Parts inventory and organization (for all 5 brands, upstairs and on parts Shelves)

G.E.T inventory, organization and purchasing (ITR, Hyundai)

Donaldson, Fleet guard and Hyundai filter inventory, Maintain min/max quantities.

Parts returns (for all 5 brands, including warranty parts RGA's)

Parts shipping and receiving, Maintain Parts Ready Shelf.

Inventory all Stock Parts and enter in Base Plan.

Registration paperwork on new Machines as they arrive (all 5 brands) for warranty start up info. Gather S/N's and email to Devin.

Maintain Housekeeping and putting inventory away in the proper place. Purge old inventory to make room for new parts. Clearly label parts locations.

Input Hours and Data into PM Master and Service Record files as needed or until Base plan is fully operational.

EIN's and Unit #'s. Order when needed and dispense to Techs as needed.

Machine Tag's. Make sure all Techs have Tags, so machines are tagged before going on rent.

Document Damage to assist Sergio V in recovering damage costs.

Ensure shop is properly stocked with safety items; glasses, gloves, ear protection, dust masks, rated lifting chains, uniforms.

Requirements:

Review Shop machine inspection forms and order parts accordingly. Enter backlog repairs in Base Plan Build machine specific service records and filter lists in Base Plan Write service work orders in Base plan and phase out handwritten files on machines. Ensure Waste Stream is properly managed per state and county rules and regulations. Oil, Filters, Antifreeze, Floor dry/ Solids batteries, tires, rubber tracks, wash bay dirt, clarifier, aerosol cans. Proper record keeping and weekly inspections need to be performed. Fire Extinguishers need to be inspected Monthly.
