Job Description

Location: Meet at designated pickup location daily

Start Time: 7:30 AM (End time varies based on job schedule)

Type: Seasonal/Full-time

Compensation: Based on experience

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and hands-on individual to join our team as a Pool Service and Installation Assistant. This role involves working closely with the employer, traveling to multiple job sites daily, and assisting with a variety of pool maintenance and installation tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet daily at a designated location and travel to job sites with the employer

Assist in opening and closing both in-ground and above-ground pools

Support the installation of pool equipment, such as filters (sand, DE, cartridge), salt systems, and electronics

Help install and repair in-ground and above-ground pool liners

Participate in the installation of in-ground safety covers and resurfacing of vinyl pool steps

Perform general clean-up duties at job sites

Operate small hand and power tools including screwdrivers, drills, vacuums, saws, hand carts, etc.

Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor on customers' properties

Requirements:

Ability to start each day at 7:30 AM and work until tasks are completed (end times vary) Physically able to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (hot, cold, wet) Must be comfortable getting dirty and wet while on the job Wear casual, comfortable work clothing (e.g., jeans, shorts) and non-steel-toe work boots No personal cell phone use on job sites unless in an emergency (allowed during travel to and from sites) Must demonstrate professionalism and respect when interacting with customers and handling their property
