Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Accurately measure and cut materials using a tape measure (to the 1/16”).

• Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and tools.

• Support construction workers with tasks such as framing, concrete work, and general labor.

• Operate basic hand and power tools safely.

• Lift, carry, and transport heavy materials (50+ lbs) as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized job site.

• Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective equipment.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Must be able to accurately read a tape measure.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the workday.

• Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials.

• Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Reliable transportation to job sites.

• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or a related field.

• Familiarity with blueprints and measurements.

• Basic carpentry or masonry skills.
