Job Description:
As a Traffic Control Flagger with us, you will play a crucial role in managing the flow of vehicles and pedestrians around construction and road maintenance sites. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety of workers and the public by using signs, flags, and other signals to communicate traffic instructions.
Responsibilities:
Direct and control movement of vehicular and pedestrian traffic at or near construction sites.
Use signs, hand signals, and flags to communicate with motorists.
Set up and remove traffic control signs and devices at the beginning and end of the day.
Coordinate with other flaggers and team members to ensure traffic flows smoothly and safely.
Stay alert and maintain a safe environment for yourself, your team, and the public.
Report any issues or accidents to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements:
Requirements: Must be certified in traffic control and flagging operations (training and certification provided if necessary). Ability to stand for extended periods and in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and excellent situational awareness. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
