Job Description

Seeking a reliable, hard-working individual with general farmhand and handyman skills to join our team as a Warehouse & Maintenance Laborer. This position involves a variety of tasks in a warehouse and shop environment—primarily indoors, with some outdoor work as needed.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, capable of following instructions, and comfortable working independently. Physical stamina is essential, as this position requires the ability to lift at least 50 pounds. This is a day shift, full-time role with the potential for long-term employment and opportunities for advancement.

Load and unload shipments using powered forklifts

Pick, pack, and prepare parts for shipment

Inspect products and assist in gearbox rebuilds and component assembly

Perform routine equipment maintenance and building repairs

Assist with mowing and general groundskeeping

Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively

Requirements:

Qualifications - Valid Kansas driver’s license Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Basic knowledge of hand tools and mechanical equipment All necessary training will be provided
