Job Description
The essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Familiarity with plans
Ability to read and comprehend instructions
Familiarity with builder’s level, rule and framing square
Familiarity with Transit
Ability to work with power tools and hand tools
Place tie-reinforcing steel
Layout and erect structural framework, install partitions and lay subfloor
Demolition
Construct and erect forms and chutes for pouring concrete
Place and finish concrete
Erect ladders for assembling structures above ground level
Layout and build stairs
Fit and install window frames, doors, door frames, weather stripping, interior and exterior trim and finish hardware
Requirements:
Drug and background screen may be conducted
