Job Description
We are looking for welders who are experienced working with aluminum. Preferably some experience in scenic work. This is a neat opportunity to work on fun projects for the theme parks.
Requirements:
Weld 7ga-22ga together through GMAW (TIG) and (MIG) process. Use GTAW weld to root pass-after that weld by SMAW to filling and cupping. Tack welding on production line used overhead cranes forklifts to put finished product in storage area 's Weld components together and fabricate or repair products in accordance with layouts and blueprints using MIG and TIG welding equipment. Weld items using TIG and MIG equipment and tools, bend cut and hammer pieces to fit the correct production piece. Used grinders to get paint off of steel an tack an weld plate back in place using FCAW & SMAW processes. Machine stainless, aluminum or plastics to specific tolerances according to blueprint specifications. Fit and make xray welds on sch. pipe welding carbon steel sizes 2"to 18"sch. Certify in Inconel, Hastelloy. Weld caterpillar and john deere parts Help distribute parts to assemble Chrysler cars Weld metal parts with gas welding equipment as specified by layout, welding diagram, or work order. Aid in
